Big Listen Lesson Plans 2005

We have created lesson plans to help you and your students develop effective questioning techniques; they are simple to follow and print out for teachers.

In this document there are 4 lesson plans which explore different approaches to questioning and listening

  1. A game of communication
  2. Are you Listening?
  3. Expressing your views
  4. Asking questions

For lesson plan 2 you will also need the BT Lesson Plan Shapes pdf to complete the lesson

Don’t forget when using the lesson plans that you can get your pupils to take part in the 2005 Big Question. As part of this year’s Big Listen, we want to find out what questions young people would like to ask influential adults with the aim of making a difference. Get your class to take part by clicking here.
